What You're Consuming is An Imitation (2024) Using Hong Kong style milk tea as an invitation, this exhibition held on the streets of Eindhoven challenged consumers to question the notion of food authenticity as an objective standard and instead as a socially constructed concept, shaped by the expectations of both consumers and chefs alike. Alongside this humble blend of black tea, milk and sugar was a publication that told stories of embodied colonization and my own diasporic lineage from which these ideas originate. Presented during Dutch Design Week 2024
